Passionate for natural health from childhood, I became more connected to naturopathy with my own and my childrens health journeys, with my little boys neurodiverse behavior and my daughters anxiety I found so many improvements to them from what I was learning, as well as my own journey with migraines and hormone balancing.
I want to convey that I have a deep care for my patients and there are ways that your health can be better than what mainstream medicine is offering. Everyone should be able to be fully vital, – meaning have the energy to run, skip with freedom – fully alive.
To assist you to full vitality, with faith that the body can balance itself, we just need to provide it with the right environment to do that.
I love caring for and improving people's health! I specialise in neurology, fatigue, mental health, hormone health and cardiology. But mostly I like to look at how everything interacts together and how you and I can work together to balance your health, giving you the energy and capacity to fulfill your needs, plans and dreams.
With more than 20 years of working in healthcare and an upbringing in nature, I’ve observed the difference of natural therapies given in unison, or alone, on improving health and energy. I’ve worked in Intensive Care for 15 years, emergency departments for many and more recently in research, both Cardiac and Neurology. I’ve seen, when nursing, the difference in recovery with patients with different outlooks, different temperaments, different diets and lifestyle choices. It’s clear to me that just treating symptoms individually is not the answer to achieving optimum health. In intensive care you would hunt to find the cause, as when you're at your sickest, only treating that will allow for recovery. Until we find the cause and work holistically with that the recovery will only be in steps. Following natural methods on the step journey and to treat the cause is also more balancing less likely to cause side effects on the journey.

Naturopathy involves sitting with you, hearing your story, assessing you and your families health history and looking for things that have caused, or have the potential to cause imbalance. So we can make suggestions to improve your diet, for instance some foods have higher serotonin levels which can help with mood and sleep balance, some foods will assist support immunity and some can aggravate your health. We’ll also look at lifestyle changes that can help, I’m qualified in teaching mindfulness and several other relaxation and balancing techniques. I use the beautiful and powerful effects of herbs to start you on your journey, if you need, to give you the energy for change. There’s times when nutritional supplements are also really helpful and I make compounds specific to your imbalances using vitamins, minerals, amino acids etc.
It really works! I’ve seen many people get their energy back, return to their normal self, feel more alive and be more capable in society with the use of naturopathy therapies. I can help you become your best self. Come and have a try, I’d love to meet you.

Following a long and complex history of health challenges and a new, more serious diagnosis, I followed my instinct and accepted Grace's offer of support, alongside an already full roster of healthcare practitioners. My symptoms were increasing and impacting my quality of life in a way that made it harder for me to participate in regular daily activities, and I was also becoming socially isolated as a result of my condition.
With great skill, sensitivity and care, Grace applied her deep knowledge of naturopathy and years of experience in nursing and public health, to listen to and understand my concerns and health goals. She uncovered and helped me address some aspects of my diet and lifestyle that were impacting my condition - and that were very much within my control to adjust.
Grace's recommendations are offered in a way that doesn't overwhelm, which I appreciate, especially when there is a lot to process. Most of all, I was delighted that Grace's advice and the herbs she prescribed have given me relief from some of my more debilitating symptoms - particularly, fatigue related to MS.
I look forward to continuing to work with Grace as needed. She is one of my most valuable practitioners and I'm so grateful for her exceptional ability to connect, her expertise and her kindness.
